Located off of McCammon Avenue, our Parkside Development is where our main office is located. Parkside is our largest development with 150 apartments. Our apartments range in size from efficiencies to spacious 5 bedroom family units. The apartments at Parkside have been recently updated with central heat and air (use is optional) and most now have washer and dryer connections. In 2011 landmarks that serve as bus shelters for our school age kids were added at the entrances on Atlantic and Pacific. Residents can enjoy a picnic or just sit and watch the ducks from the new deck that was named "Joyce's Landing" in honor of the Director. A wooden bridge crosses a wet weather creek and leads to the deck that sits in the shade of large trees . Parkside was nominated in 2011 for the "Beautiful Blount Award".
