Parkside

Located in the heart of Maryville off McCammon Avenue, our Parkside property provides residents with quality living in a beautiful location. As our largest property with 150 apartments, Parkside homes range from efficiency apartments to five-bedroom family units. The Parkside apartments were recently renovated with central heat and air, and most now have washer and dryer connections. Bus shelters were even added for children in the area for school pick up and drop off.

The Parkside property was nominated in 2011 for the “Beautiful Blount Award”, and residents can enjoy plenty of green spaces and peaceful views in this secluded area right in the middle of town.

Broadway Towers

In lovely downtown Maryville sits our high-rise property explicitly designed for the elderly community in our area.

With 16 stories and 150 one-bedroom apartments, Broadway Towers provides eligible persons 62 or older or single individuals 18 or older who are living with a disability a centrally located home with easy access to restaurants, banks, shops, and theaters.

Each apartment is approximately 600 square feet, and a large community laundry room on the ground floor is available 24 hours. Community agencies and local churches provide many services for the residents at little or no cost. There is limited resident parking in the two parking garages but there is a public parking lot adjacent to the building where residents and guests may park free of charge.

All community areas are non-smoking, and new residents must also agree to keep their apartments smoke-free.

McGhee Terrace

Located on McGhee Street near Broadway Towers, this 49-unit property offers a range of housing options for residents.

McGhee Terrace features one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom townhouses. McGhee Terrace is located across the street from the Blount County Health Department and is centrally located so residents are just blocks away from The Greenbelt, Midland Plaza, and Broadway.

East Park

Located off Amerine Road in East Maryville, East Park sits conveniently near Amerine Park and privately owned farmland just four miles from our main office. School-aged children are zoned for John Sevier Elementary and Coulter Grove Intermediate.
